This course is designed to inspire students to discuss issues raised in short, up-to-date reading passages. Students will have many opportunities to improve their listening and speaking skills. Students will be taught using an active learning approach,using pair work, group work and class discussions. |

Visits to English Plaza will be required in order to pass the class. Participation and homework will count for 75% of the grade. Projects and reports will be 25%. |
