授業の目的 ／Class Purpose	英会話は共通教育リテラシー科目群外国語分野に属し、基本的には英語を母語とするネイティブ・スピーカーによるクラスで、きわめて実践的な英語運用能力の養成科目として位置づけられる。英語を使ってゲームや歌、ビデオ、寸劇などを学ぶ機会を通じて、生きた英語を身につけ、相手の意見をしっかりと聞きながら理解し、自らの意見も発信できるスキルを身につけることを目的とする。この科目は、全学DPに示す「獲得した知識や技能を活用し、国内外において、価値観や意見の異なるさまざまな人と議論し、学びを深め、協働して社会に役立てることができる」を目指す。
