授業の目的 ／Class Purpose	SE Communication 1/2は共通教育リテラシー科目群外国語分野に属し、全学部（グローバルコミュニケーション学部英語コース以外）から選出された学生のみを対象としたクラスである。TOEIC６００点以上を目指す、きわめて実践的な英語運用能力の養成科目として位置づけられる。本科目ではSE Understanding Culture & LanguageおよびSE Presentation Skillsで身につけた英語力を応用し、幅広いトピックにおいて英語でコミュニケーションをとれるようになることを目的とする。この科目は、全学DPに示す「獲得した知識や技能を活用し、国内外において、価値観や意見の異なるさまざまな人と議論し、学びを深め、協働して社会に役立てることができる」を目指す。 Only selected students can take this course. They aim to get 600 and more in TOEIC and listen and understand other's opinion and also express own opinion. Goals are to discuss, deepen a knowledge, and contribute to society together with people with other sense of values or opinions.
到　達　目　標 ／Class Objectives	・ これまで培ってきた基本的な語彙や文法の知識を長文読解に応用できる。（知識） ・ 英語リーディング能力向上のために積極的に予習・復習に取り組むことができる。（態度・習慣） ・ クラスメートと積極的に意見の共有をし、自らの考えを英語で表現できる。（態度・習慣） ・ 必要に応じて効果的なジェスチャーを使うなど、意思伝達のための工夫ができる。（技能） ・ 初出の単語や表現について辞書などで調べ、会話の中で実践することができる。（技能） *Can use vocabulary and grammar already learnt in conversations. *Can positively participate to improve communication skill. *Can positively share idea with classmates and express opinion. *Can devise for a better communication by using gesture etc.. *Can look up works or expressions in a dictionary and use them in conversations.

授業時間外に必要な学修 ／Expected Work outside of Class	1) 簡単な小テストを授業の冒頭に行いますので、復習が必要です。（毎日30分） 2) 授業に関連した課題に取り組み、提出してもらいます。（1時間程度） 1)Review at home is necessary because there is a review test at the beginning of every lesson day. 2)Please work on the homework at home and submit on dot-campus.
提出課題など ／Quiz,Report,etc	必要に応じて課された課題を提出。課題は確認後に授業内で返却する。 Teacher checks the homework online and gives a feedback in class.
