7.Application Documents
- 1. Entrance Examination Application Form (Form A)/ Subform (Form B)
- 2. Curriculum vitae (filled out in person using the designated form and filled out the Japanese language school that you have enrolled)
- 3. Statement of purpose (filled out in person using the designated form in Japanese)
- 4. Various certificates
- a) Academic record and graduation certificate issued by a high school (copies not accepted;(applicants who went on to a school of higher education or university after graduating from a high school must also attach the academic record issued by that school or university)
- b) Certificate of residence(only required for domestic residents; must be issued 30 days before the application)
- 5. Copy of the EJU certificate of scores
- 6. Written pledge (filled out using the designated form)
- 7.Written explanation of students’ background for undertaking financial support (filled out using the designated form)
8.Notes Regarding the Application Method
- 1. How to submit
Applicants must bring a set of application documents to the university in person after paying an entrance examination fee.
Applicants who cannot physically bring the documents to the university due to geographical distance must call Kobe Gakuin University’s Admission Office at least 10 days prior to the start of the application period and send them by mail after gaining permission from the Admission Office. - 2. An examination card will be mailed to you. If you do not receive the examination card at least two days before the examination date, please contact the Admission Office, Kobe Gakuin University.
